Ashley Inda

ashley indaAshley joined WBCC in 2022 to work on policy changes at the state level so that other women in Wisconsin with dense breasts wouldn’t have the same story as hers, a delayed diagnosis of breast cancer due to dense breasts.  She is committed to educating and empowering women to trust their bodies and advocate for health care that meets their needs.

As an occupational therapist, she works with patients impacted by cancer and lymphedema, drawing on her personal experience to help guide her in her treatment approaches.  Ensuring that the continuum of breast health is covered from prevention →  early detection → treatment → survivorship is a top priority for her.

With the little free time she has left, you can usually find her in her minivan, shuttling her two kids, Lincoln and Maya, to their various activities, sipping a good cup of coffee, jamming to 90s music, and being intentional with each precious moment she is given.

Ashley’s profile is part of an ongoing series. Visit the Meet Our Team page to read more about featured WBCC members.
