Lindsey Nathan O’Connor has been a volunteer with WBCC since 2013, the year after her breast cancer diagnosis. Lindsey is passionate about service to others in her day job as an HR Officer for the City of Milwaukee and in the support she provides to WBCC through volunteering on the Executive Board and various committees supporting WBCC events such as the educational symposium and workshops.
Lindsey was raised by her mother, Christine, and has a twin sister, Leslie, and a younger sister, Danielle, and a niece, Sophia, and nephew, Kaden. She lives in Milwaukee with her husband, Pat, and three dogs (Mayo, Frank and Derry). She is a bonus mom to Anthony, Casey, Jamie and Kerri, and Bubbe to Hamilton, Ruby, Ophelia, Moose, Bailey, Gabby and Milo.
Lindsey is actively working to eliminate racial disparities in her work and volunteering. She has dreams of a fair, inclusive and equitable society for all.
